We want to share our knowledge of food preservation with our community. We have been canning, fermenting, and freeze drying food for years and are so excited to share our wealth of information with you all through classes!
The nutritious food does us no good if you don't get it in your body - and that means knowing all the different ways to preserve it and we're so excited to teach you.

Have excess produce of your own? Sell with us!

​We've always joked around saying "we were put on Earth to feed the world".
We wanted to provide our community with fresh, local produce, but to grow enough by ourselves, just wasn't feasible. So, we came up with the idea to sell YOUR excess produce, from your own gardens, for you.

How it works:
- Bring us any produce you've grown
- We sell it for you at our stand on consignment
- You get paid for what's sold, minus a small percentage consignment fee

It's as easy as that!
​No more leaving baskets of squash on your neighbors doorstep and running - get paid for your hard work!
